Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, normally within 1-3 business days. We will notify you immediately if any item cannot be shipped within 5 business days. Standard process for shipping is USPS, first class within 3-5 business days. If you would like an order sent RUSH, please call or send an email accompanying the order requesting the type of rush shipping (overnight, second day air, etc.) you desire. If you email, please include a phone number where we may contact you to authorize additional shipping charges. Please contact us regarding shipments outside the United States. Minimal additional charges are on a per order basis.
Returns & Exchanges
Products can only be returned in new and unused condition within five days of your receipt with the exception of products that are defective. All returns require a Return Authorization number prior to shipping. Returns without a Return authorization number or items shipped freight collect will not be accepted. If your order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 5 days of receipt. Sales are final on custom items and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion for defective items. Unless defective, returned products will be exchanged for credit towards future purchases.
In the event of damage to product(s) in shipping it is the policy of Internal Innovations to follow the same policy and procedures of the respective shipping company. The customer, or receiver, to whom the package is addressed must report the damage to the shipping company (ie: USPS) within 5 business days of the receipt of the damaged package.
Cancellations within 60 days of scheduled events, classes, sessions, retreats, coaching and/or intensives are non-refundable.
