Teri Hawkins was a champion on the court and off. As an athlete she was on two championship teams and as a coach she took three of her teams to championship titles. She soared to the top in the corporate world, then also as an entrepreneur and international inspirational speaker. It is no surprise that she became a “coach” to people who wanted to do something exceptional in their life. Teri is a team coach. Leadership
Leadership is not about managing others; it's about inspiring others to their greatness and doing it with integrity, joy and honor. Education does not make a leader, nor does a title; a leader is defined by those they lead. This coaching adapts to the needs of the group but often includes experiences in such areas as balance, image, power, appreciative inquiry, masks and visionary listening skills.

College Students
Many key questions in life are not asked until "it's too late". We get our degrees and experience. We start to make money. Before you know it you are living a life that is not at all what you desired. Many just accept their life, finding happiness where they can. Some start over. Teri coaches college students to ask the questions and to embrace the answers for their future. In a team situation students work through questions and answers such as "What do I want to do with my life? Where do I go from here? Am I following my dream or that of my parents? How do I get over my past? What if I am not good enough? Is it all a foolish dream? What if I fail? How important is happiness? How do I break the news to my parents?"
